报告人简介：Hanada Kazuaki,professor in Kyushu university. Major fusion research career and achievements are as below:

1.WT-3 tokamak (Kyoto University) Sawtooth suppression using ECCD

2.TST-M (University of Tokyo) Spherical tokamak (ST)

3.TRIAM-1M (Kyushu University) Steady state operation (SSO) with superconducting tokamak. A 5h16min long pulse operation obtained by LHCD

4.QUEST (Kyushu University) SSO on ST 6h discharges using ECCD.

报告简介：

Recent progresses on spherical tokamak,QUEST are introduced. The experimental results related to fully non-inductive plasma start-up using ECCD and newly developed coaxial helicity injection are discussed. The results of achieving 6h discharges with the assistance of the hot wall which is available to control fuel particle balance and recycling are explained. Future plans on QUEST are also introduced.
