2019年7月21至25日，低温工程/低温材料国际会议CEC/ICMC（Cryogenic Engineering Conference/ International Cryogenic Materials Conference）在美国哈特福德举行。在美国举办的低温工程大会，是两年一次低温界重要的学术会议。等离子体所八室张启勇研究员、李姗姗助理研究员和三室周超研究员参加了本次会议。 

       在此次的会议上李姗姗做题为“Cryogenic Performance Test Platform for the Gas Bearings of Helium Turbine Expanders”的口头报告，介绍氦透平用气体轴承低温测试的平台搭建。并且低温工程与技术研究室共发表4篇墙报，题目分别为“Analysis and optimization of the liquid nitrogen pre-cooling stage for the EAST helium refrigerator”关于EAST第一级换热器的优化，“Control and Commissioning of a Subcooled Helium Cryogenic Testing Platform with Cold Compressors”和“Design and Commissioning of a 700W@3K sub-cooled helium test facility”介绍关于科室低温过冷测试平台的设计与调试情况，“Failure modes, effects and criticality analysis of a 3kW@4.5K helium refrigerator”对氦制冷机安全性分析。 

       同时在此次会议上，科研人员与到会的各国专家学者进行充分的沟通和学术交流。在汇报低温工程与技术研究室两年工作成果的同时，拓展了科研人员的思路，更加明确了今后的科研工作方向。
